i liked the hotel's theme and general location. the staff was very friendly and helpful with local information. the hotel location is walkable to many attractions. the room was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

the room lacked drawers for clothing storage. cooked breakfast items were only lukewarm. drinks were overpriced. there was no fridge in the room.

i found the staff very helpful and always ready to assist. the rooms were kept immaculate by the cleaning staff, who were very efficient. the bar and waiting staff provided excellent service and the reception staff were among the best i have encountered.

the window in my room only opened a small amount, this limited air circulation.
